Hocking Hills State Park Ohio

             This entire trip was amazing!  I'm so glad I got to go.  And Lois was a great travel buddy.

Rockbridge Trail was horrible.  It was so up and down I thought I would die.  We made it though and we saw a beautiful bridge when we got there.

We had quite a scare out first night at the cabin.  We locked ourselves out and had absolutely no way to get in.  It was storming and cold and we were in trouble. Car keys and cell phones were inside.  I went around to the front breezeway and said a prayer and when I turned around way up high I saw a Ring doorbell.  Oh my goodness!!  I pushed and pushed and rang and rang until I heard this tiny little voice asking if we needed help.  We told her what happened and she said she was two hours away with her sick mother but she would call her neighbor and see if she would come and let us in.  The neighbor had a key.  When the cabin lady came back on the doorbell she said you girls are in luck because the neighbor had just gotten home from Florida.  Thank God she came and let us back in. If you look at the middle post you can see the doorbell up high. 

The cabin was beautiful inside and it was nice that we both had our own bathroom.
