Hemlock Cliffs Frozen Waterfall and a tiny bit of Bear Hollow Jan 2024
I was so eager to see a frozen waterfall that we decided to head up to Hemlock Cliffs. And on the way we went to Bear Hollow and tried to hike off trail there but the snow was too deep and the leaves were too. It made for a very tough hike. I was also suffering with another flare up of diverticulitis so my energy level was not good at all. To end the hike I slipped and fell on the ice, hitting my head on a big log. Took myself to the ER, had a CT scan and several exrays of my hip, knee and neck. All is well but boy am I beat up.
